Question 1

What is the difference between biodegradable and compostable plastic?

Accepted Answer

Biodegradable plastics break down naturally over time through microbial action, but the timeframe and conditions can vary. Compostable plastics (like our CompoFlex) meet specific standards (EN 13432) and break down within a defined period under controlled composting conditions, leaving no toxic residue. Our BioFlex is biodegradable, while CompoFlex is certified compostable.

Question 2

What is AquaFlex and how does it dissolve in water?

Accepted Answer

AquaFlex is our proprietary water-soluble plastic technology based on Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA/PVOH). When exposed to water at specific temperatures, the molecular bonds break down and the material dissolves completely. It then biodegrades safely in both freshwater and marine environments, leaving zero micro-plastics. It is the first such technology 100% made in Vietnam.

Question 3

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

MOQ varies by product type and customization level. For standard products like shopping bags and garment bags, our typical MOQ starts at 50,000 pieces. For raw materials (resins), we can supply from 1 ton. For highly customized products, we work with you to determine the most efficient production run. Contact our sales team for specific pricing.

Question 4

Can you customize packaging with our brand logo and design?

Accepted Answer

Accepted Answer

Question 8

How long is the shelf life of your bioplastic products?

Accepted Answer

Shelf life varies by technology: BioFlex products have a 3-year shelf life, CompoFlex products have a 10-month shelf life, and AquaFlex products have a 3-year shelf life when stored in dry conditions. All products should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture for optimal longevity.
